Adaptive healing connecting mind & body.
Autonomic Restoration Technique
Dr. Christine Wakefield has 26 years of experience, education, and an obsessive desire to find answers for her patients. She personalizes treatment plans for each patient using a methodology she’s named
Autonomic Restoration Technique (A.R.T.).
By evaluating the correlations between mind and body, she can best determine how to align them. Whether it’s energy synchronization, chiropractic treatments, supplements, or other techniques, each patient plan is customized to seek and improve overall health and well-being.
Autonomic Restoration Technique is intended to provide the most efficient and effective ways to improve strength and healing, all in the manner and order the body can utilize, synergize, and improve upon.

Chiropractic: Improving muscle tension, fascia, and joint restrictions.
Energy: Balance of the mind and body, ensuring energy flows equally and freely to all body parts in a continuous feedback loop. I evaluate physiological pathways to understand if they are all functioning as they should and if not, we work through steps to discover and treat what the body needs to repair and heal.
Contact Reflex Analysis, Bioenergetic Synchronization, Craniosacral Therapy, and Reiki: These processes utilize energy balance and specific subconscious emotional memories involving the sympathetic, parasympathetic, and autonomic nervous systems.
Supplements: I research and recommend specific supplements as needed. In my 26 years of experience, I’ve identified that pinpointing the smallest biochemical glitch energetically can signal the need for a substance to fill that void.
Essential oils: We utilize essential oils to enhance, soothe, or stimulate an area or technique as part of the course of treatment.
Sometimes I recommend other modalities outside my practice that complement the course of treatment. Acupuncture, mental health therapeutic techniques, physical therapy, medical assessment, or treatment can all improve outcomes. text goes here
